Don’t believe the RFP Myth

Traditional WMS vendors encourage customers to compile lengthy Request for Proposal (RFP) documents. Some even provide sample RFP templates to manipulate customer’s perceived needs. Not surprisingly, the customer always gets a ‘Yes’ without the ‘But’ in the RFP response. Often, vendors reference some big corporate examples to prove system capability, but they won’t tell you how much money those big corporates spent to get the end result.
